The lovely ghost is made from a white pompom covered with bridal netting. Her eyes are handmade by me, and she is topped with a fabulous bow on top of her spooky head!
The headband itself is made from a heavy flat metal wire, carefully covered on both sides with highest quality velvet ribbon.
