Moo Cow is sewn from softest velvet. Her muzzle is polymer clay and her eyes are handmade. She's hand painted, and wears a matching ruffle and silk bows at her ears. The headband itself is made from flat wire meticulously covered in premium velvet ribbon. Easy to pop on and off!
